Implementation of Prior Intimation System for Form CT-05 applications (for export purposes only) in pursuance of G.S.R. 50(E) is live on the SUGAM Portal as of 21 April 2026.
The Prior Intimation System for Form CT-05 applications (for export purposes only), notified under G.S.R. 50(E), is now live on the CDSCO SUGAM Portal effective 21 April 2026.
This system applies to pharmaceutical manufacturers, exporters, and applicants filing CT-05 applications for export-only purposes. Applicants can now submit prior intimations through the SUGAM portal as per the prescribed format.
